• Strategic Physical Surveillance:
  • Static & Mobile Surveillance: Advanced techniques for covert observation, maintaining anonymity, and operating in various environments.
  • Counter-Surveillance: Identifying and evading potential counter-surveillance by subjects or their associates.
  • Following Cars Undetected: Mastering advanced mobile surveillance techniques for tracking vehicles discreetly in urban, suburban, and rural settings.
• Intelligence Packet Development: Creating comprehensive subject profiles, operational plans, risk assessments, and contingency maps.

Module 2: Tactical Operations & Apprehension

• Tactical Planning & Risk Mitigation: Developing detailed operational plans, including ingress/egress routes, communication protocols, and emergency response for complex scenarios.
• Close Quarters Battle (CQB) Fundamentals:
  • Dynamic Entry Tactics: Safe and effective methods for breaching (non-destructive/limited destructive) and making rapid, controlled entries.
  • Room & Building Clearing (Advanced):Mastering single-operator and team-based clearing techniques for diverse structures, focusing on angles, thresholds, fatal funnels, and managing unknown contacts. Emphasis on low-light and confined space operations.
• Vehicle CQB (Combat in & Around Vehicles):
  • Tactical Vehicle Stops & Interdiction: Safe and effective methods for initiating, controlling, and approaching suspect vehicles.
  • Vehicle as Cover/Concealment: Utilizing vehicle components for ballistic protection and tactical advantage.
  • Subject Extraction & Control: Techniques for safely removing subjects from vehicles under duress.
• Subject Apprehension & Control:
  • Verbal De-escalation & Command Presence: Advanced verbal tactics to gain compliance and minimize resistance.
  • Control & Restraint Techniques: Precision handcuffing, searching, and securing non-compliant subjects.

Module 3: Less-Lethal & Defensive Combatives

• Taser Tactics & Deployment: Safe and effective use of conducted electrical weapons (CEWs), including targeting, deployment considerations, and post-deployment protocols.
• Pepper Spray (OC) Tactics: Proper deployment, effects, decontamination, and tactical considerations for Oleoresin Capsicum spray.
• Self-Defense vs. Multiple Attackers: Advanced combatives focusing on creating space, managing multiple threats, prioritizing targets, and fighting through to achieve disengagement or control when outnumbered.
• Weapon Retention (Advanced):Techniques to prevent disarms and maintain control of your firearm or less-lethal tools during a physical struggle.

Module 4: Emergency Medical & Agent Safety

• Medic Bag Training: Comprehensive instruction on assembling, maintaining, and effectively utilizing a tactical medic bag for common injuries encountered in the field.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation):Certification in basic life support and emergency response for cardiac arrest.
• Trauma Management (Immediate Care):Rapid assessment and treatment of gunshot wounds, stab wounds, and other critical trauma (e.g., hemorrhage control, airway management).
• Agent Safety & Stress Management: Advanced situational awareness, psychological preparedness for high-stress incidents, and post-incident debriefing/support.

Who Should Attend:

This is a demanding, high-level course intended for civilians interested in becoming a fugitive recovery agent, or bail enforcement agent in the future, and dedicated and currently operating Fugitive Recovery Agents, Bail Enforcement Agents, and specialized private investigators. Participants must demonstrate a strong commitment to professional development and ethical conduct.

Prerequisites:

• Prior completion of a basic handgun safety/proficiency course.
• Prior completion of a foundational self-defense or defensive tactics course.(or equivalent experience)

Course Duration: 5 intensive days (40+ hours of instruction) or 2 consecutive weekends]

What to Bring:

• Standard carry gear (holster, magazine pouches, handcuff case, etc. – no live firearms or ammunition in the classroom unless specifically designated for a live-fire range portion).
• Training handgun (blue gun or airsoft equivalent – provided if you don’t have one).
• Handcuffs with key.
• Tactical vest/plate carrier (if routinely worn).
• Duty-grade flashlight.
• Gloves (tactical or work gloves).
• Comfortable, durable clothing suitable for dynamic movement and getting dirty.
• Closed-toe athletic footwear/tactical boots.
• Hydration system/water bottle.
• Notebook and pen/tablet for extensive note-taking.
• Mouthguard and groin protection (mandatory for combatives modules).
